2. Purpose

These general terms govern the sale of the products offered on the site. By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and fully accepted these terms.

3. Products and prices

Products are 3D printed on demand. Prices are in Euro and include VAT. BITSTAR S.R.L. may change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of the order applies.

4. Order and conclusion of the contract

The order is concluded when the customer receives confirmation by email. BITSTAR S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or in case of product unavailability.

5. Payments

Payments are made through the methods shown at checkout, handled by third-party providers in a secure environment. BITSTAR S.R.L. does not store full payment card details.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile; in all other cases the Court of Brescia has exclusive jurisdiction.
