Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to request a return
- Write to siddy1985@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the items to be returned.
- Send the products back intact, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect product.
Refund
Once the return is received and checked, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Personalised products
Under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised. Products in a standard configuration (catalogue colour/model) remain subject to the right of withdrawal.
Faulty products
In case of a faulty or non-conforming product you are entitled to the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity: contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
